The change gets to be too much for us. I was active from 76 to 80 then went back in the reserves in 86 (was shocked they wouldn't let us grow our beards anymore. Gotta love Zumwalt) But even the PC changes in those 6 years I was a civilian were an adjustment. By the time I retired from the reserves in 2002 I still loved the Navy basically but there were a lot of changes in it. Some I liked some I didn't.
