I remember
when we had art onboard ship that would give your mother a heart attack! Here
is a piece I found from the USS Meyerkord, a KNOX Class Frigate from back in
the day!! She was painted next to the gun cradle inside Mount 5/1!!!
If you got
old picks of shipboard art let me know… I’d love to get a hold of it and start
a collection!!!
No Offense to any women who served, But in my day lot of women worked the Tugs in Norfolk. They look like they could rip you apart.They were loving referred to Bufforillas. ;)
