Devil
came to Subic Bay where the River needs a flush And when he saw the goings-on,
the Pitchfork Boy, he blushed.
There was
drunkenness, perversion, and whoop-de-doo galore: There were thieves and
crooked PC's and brown-skinned little whores.
There was
drugs and there was smuggling, there were fights in every bar And Satan knew
for certain this was Where The Wild Things Are.
His inner
self in turmoil, he returned to the place of fire For he told himself that

Then one
night an ancient sailor man slipped his cable, yes he died And went to Hell,
where Satan, sitting on his throne in pride, Asked him "Now were you, Seventh Fleet?
Did you
sail the seas out East?" "Yes, sir," replied the sailor.
Then the
angry horned Beast Roared "No berths here for the likes of you! Depart
hence, getaway! "Go spend all eternity, old man, on the shores of Subic
Bay!"
Then the
sailor went down on one knee. "Thankee, sir," he said, "For you’re
God, and not the Devil, to pour blessings on my head!"
And
