AS a Tender HT the BT's and MR's were always somewhere helping. As a welder 56A always helped. Many CASREPS were for welding new valves before deployment and after light off.
... until you (or one of your juniors) screws up, that is.... ;)
Wife says that is true for hospitals also. She is a retired nurse.
