I remember pulling into Hong Kong years ago and how filthy the harbor was. After the SARs epidemic they cleaned that place right up. It’s almost as spic-n-span as Singapore. I kid you not … and I’d say about half the population goes out in public with a mask on rather there is an epidemic or not!
