Blue water Navy truism; There are more planes in the ocean than there are submarines in the sky.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter -- and therefore, unsafe.

  1. Had a helicopter pilot tell me that big nut that holds the prop on is the Jesus Nut. If it comes loose you better give your heart to your mama, and your soul to Jesus, because your ass is going in the water!
